Service scope
The checker provides an eligibility signal, confidence score, entity context, and recommended next actions. It is a diagnostic and planning tool, not a guarantee of search placement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or misuse the service. Fraudulent, unlawful, or automated high-volume use is prohibited.
Fees and billing
Displayed pricing and suggested retail ranges are informational and may change. Final scope, pricing, and billing terms are confirmed in checkout, partner agreements, or service proposals.
No ranking or panel guarantee
Search engines and Knowledge Graph systems are controlled by third parties. EntityFlow AI and 1stpage.agency do not warrant specific rankings, panel visibility, timing, or approval.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1stpage.agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-loss damages resulting from use of this service.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
